The law firm, Joseph Skeen & Associates, was founded in 1998. We specialize in U.S. immigration and international tax laws. The federal nature of our practice areas gives us the flexibility to represent clients in all states in the United States and from many countries around the world. We are experienced in representing both corporate and individual clients.
U.S. immigration is a highly regulated and tightly controlled system that makes entering and residing in the United States very challenging for many immigrants. Our years of experience will help you navigate through the complexity of the law. We routinely process nonimmigrant visas (temporarily visas) and immigrant visas (green cards) for individuals and businesses in and outside the United States. We also represent immigrants in removal proceedings (deportation) before the U.S. Immigration Courts.
Our international tax practice is tailored to meet the needs of foreign nationals/businesses doing business in the United States. We counsel and represent clients before the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and U.S. Tax Courts around the country. Our firm prides itself on its unparalleled loyalty to the client and a dedication to the law. This philosophy dictates the firm’s approach in representing clients before United States courts and agencies.
